If within 30 days of purchase you have second thoughts about a purchase made through www.zempire.co.nz you can return the item and exchange it for an item/items of equivalent value (subject to stock availability) or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding freight charges if any) via the original payment method. For exchanged goods, Zempire Camping reserves the right to recover our full shipping costs for any new goods sent to a customer.
