The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and goods remain the property of the purchaser until received by Zempire Camping. For exchanged goods, Zempire Camping reserves the right to recover our full shipping costs for any new goods sent to a customer. Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original unopened packaging along with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
