TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER AND PROMOTIONAL PARTNER
1.1 The promoter is Flow Imports Limited (NZBN 9429034152720), trading as Zempire Camping, of 307 Sandwich Road, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand (Promoter).
1.2 The promotional partner is Tentworld Pty Ltd (ABN 57 093 069 400), of PO Box 6632, Clifford Gardens QLD 4350 (Tentworld).
1.3 The Promotion is conducted by the Promoter in association with Tentworld.
2. ACCEPTANCE AND DEFINITIONS
2.1 Information about how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
2.4 Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the state where the relevant Showcase is held.
2.5 Event Draw means the separate prize draw conducted for eligible entries received at a particular Showcase.
2.6 Event Entry Period means the applicable entry period specified in clause 4.2.
2.7 Promotion means the ZEMPIRE® x Tentworld Weekend Showcase Giveaway 2026.
2.8 Showcase means a participating Tentworld Weekend Showcase listed in clause 4.2.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend a Showcase during the applicable Event Entry Period (Eligible Entrants).
3.2 The following people are not eligible to enter:
(a) employees, directors, officers or contractors of the Promoter or Tentworld;
(b) employees or contractors working at a participating Tentworld store;
(c) employees or contractors of any agency, supplier or other organisation directly involved in conducting the Promotion; and
(d) immediate family members or members of the same household as any person described in clauses 3.2(a) to 3.2(c).
3.3 For the purposes of clause 3.2, immediate family includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, sibling or step-sibling.
3.4 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age, Australian residency and attendance at the relevant Showcase.
4. PROMOTION STRUCTURE AND EVENT ENTRY PERIODS
4.1 The Promotion is one overarching promotion comprising three separate Event Draws.
4.2 Entries will be accepted during the following Event Entry Periods:
(a) Archerfield Event Entry Period
The entry period opens at 9:00am AEST on Saturday, 12 September 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Sunday, 13 September 2026.
The Showcase will be held at Tentworld Archerfield, 903 Beaudesert Road, Archerfield QLD 4108.
(b) Burleigh Heads Event Entry Period
The entry period opens at 9:00am AEST on Saturday, 19 September 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Sunday, 20 September 2026.
The Showcase will be held at Tentworld Burleigh Heads, 21 Kortum Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
(c) Ferntree Gully Event Entry Period
The entry period opens at 9:00am AEDT on Saturday, 24 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday, 25 October 2026.
The Showcase will be held at Tentworld Ferntree Gully, Unit 9, 1845 Ferntree Gully Road, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.
4.3 Although the overall Promotion runs from 12 September to 25 October 2026, entries are accepted only during the individual Event Entry Periods set out in clause 4.2.
4.4 Entries received outside an applicable Event Entry Period will not be accepted.
4.5 The Promoter’s records will be used to determine the date and time an entry was received and the Showcase to which it relates.
5. HOW TO ENTER
5.1 To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the applicable Event Entry Period:
(a) attend the relevant Showcase;
(b) scan the promotional QR code displayed at that Showcase;
(c) complete all required personal-information fields on the entry form;
(d) answer all five required survey questions; and
(e) submit the completed entry form before the applicable Event Entry Period closes.
5.2 Entry is free and no purchase is required.
5.3 Limit one entry per person across the entire Promotion.
5.4 If an entrant submits more than one entry, only their first valid entry will be accepted. All subsequent entries will be invalid.
5.5 Each valid entry will be included only in the Event Draw corresponding to the Showcase at which the entrant submitted their entry.
5.6 Entries will not be carried forward into a later Event Draw or pooled with entries received at another Showcase.
5.7 Each entrant must enter using their own legal name and a valid email address that they regularly monitor.
5.8 Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, illegible or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
6. SURVEY RESPONSES AND GAME OF CHANCE
6.1 Survey responses are collected for research purposes.
6.2 Entrants must answer all five required survey questions to submit a valid entry.
6.3 The content of an entrant’s answers will not be judged and will not affect their chance of winning.
6.4 This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining a winner, and each valid entry in an Event Draw has an equal chance of being selected.
7. EVENT DRAWS
7.1 Each Event Draw will be conducted electronically by the Promoter at Zempire Camping, 307 Sandwich Road, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand, using a computerised random-selection tool.
7.2 Each Event Draw will be conducted on the fifth Business Day after the corresponding Showcase, as follows:
(a) the Archerfield Event Draw will take place at 2:00pm NZST, equivalent to 12:00pm AEST, on Friday, 18 September 2026;
(b) the Burleigh Heads Event Draw will take place at 2:00pm NZST, equivalent to 12:00pm AEST, on Friday, 25 September 2026; and
(c) the Ferntree Gully Event Draw will take place at 2:00pm NZDT, equivalent to 12:00pm AEDT, on Friday, 30 October 2026.
7.3 One provisional winner will be selected at random from the valid entries received during each corresponding Event Entry Period.
7.4 A total of three provisional winners will be selected, with one prize pack awarded in connection with each Showcase.
7.5 Entrants do not need to be present when an Event Draw is conducted.
7.6 Each provisional winner is subject to verification by the Promoter. If a provisional winner’s entry is invalid or the entrant is ineligible, the Promoter may select another winner in accordance with clause 12.
7.7 Subject to applicable law, the Promoter’s decision concerning eligibility, entry validity and the outcome of a draw is final.
8. PRIZES
8.1 There are three identical ZEMPIRE® new-product prize packs available, with one prize pack allocated to each Event Draw.
8.2 Each prize pack comprises:
(a) one Xuno Lounger Camp Chair, valued at AUD $320 RRP;
(b) one Hyperfold Camp Chair, valued at AUD $290 RRP;
(c) one Hexolite 60, valued at AUD $190 RRP; and
(d) one Minimax Camp Wagon, valued at AUD $250 RRP.
8.3 Each prize pack is valued at AUD $1,050 RRP.
8.4 The total prize pool is valued at AUD $3,150 RRP.
8.5 All values are in Australian dollars, include GST where applicable and are correct as at 8 September 2026.
8.6 Product colours or variants may be selected by the Promoter and are subject to availability.
8.7 If a prize or prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to:
(a) the winner’s written agreement where required; and
(b) applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
8.8 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8.9 Any costs not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
9. WINNER VERIFICATION
9.1 Before a prize is confirmed, a provisional winner may be required to provide evidence reasonably requested by the Promoter, including evidence of their:
(a) identity;
(b) age;
(c) Australian residency;
(d) attendance at the relevant Showcase; and
(e) nominated Australian delivery address.
9.2 A provisional winner will not be confirmed as a winner until the Promoter is satisfied that the entrant is eligible and their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
9.3 If the Promoter reasonably considers that an entrant has provided false or misleading information, tampered with the entry process or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may disqualify the entrant.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
10.1 Each provisional winner will be contacted in writing by email on the date of the applicable Event Draw using the email address provided with their entry.
10.2 Entrants are responsible for:
(a) providing a complete and accurate email address;
(b) monitoring their email during the relevant notification and claim period; and
(c) checking their junk, spam or promotions folders.
10.3 The name and state or territory of the person selected in each Event Draw will be published at https://zempire.com.au/pages/tentworld-expo-2026-giveaway-terms-and-conditions on the applicable Event Draw date.
10.4 Winner information published under clause 10.3 will remain available online for at least 28 days.
10.5 If a provisional winner is later found to be ineligible or does not claim their prize, their information may be removed or updated. The details of any replacement winner will be published at the same URL within two Business Days after the applicable unclaimed-prize draw and will remain available for at least 28 days.
10.6 The Promoter and Tentworld may also announce confirmed winners through their respective owned channels, including their websites, email communications and social-media channels.
11. CLAIMING A PRIZE
11.1 A provisional winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification email, accept their prize and provide any information reasonably required under clause 9 within 10 Business Days after the notification email is sent.
11.2 The applicable prize-claim deadlines are:
(a) 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 2 October 2026 for the Archerfield provisional winner;
(b) 5:00pm AEST on Monday, 12 October 2026 for the Burleigh Heads provisional winner; and
(c) 5:00pm AEDT on Monday, 16 November 2026 for the Ferntree Gully provisional winner.
11.3 The Promoter may collect a telephone number from a confirmed winner where reasonably required by the delivery provider. Telephone numbers are not required to enter the Promotion.
11.4 If a provisional winner:
(a) cannot be contacted after the Promoter has made reasonable attempts;
(b) does not respond and accept the prize by the applicable deadline in clause 11.2;
(c) does not provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility or deliver the prize;
(d) is found to be ineligible;
(e) submitted an invalid entry; or
(f) otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions,
the provisional winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize draw in accordance with clause 12.
12. UNCLAIMED-PRIZE DRAWS
12.1 If required, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted electronically at Zempire Camping, 307 Sandwich Road, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand, using the same random-selection method as the original Event Draw.
12.2 The unclaimed-prize draws will take place as follows:
(a) any unclaimed Archerfield prize will be redrawn at 2:00pm NZDT, equivalent to 11:00am AEST, on Monday, 5 October 2026;
(b) any unclaimed Burleigh Heads prize will be redrawn at 2:00pm NZDT, equivalent to 11:00am AEST, on Tuesday, 13 October 2026; and
(c) any unclaimed Ferntree Gully prize will be redrawn at 2:00pm NZDT, equivalent to 12:00pm AEDT, on Tuesday, 17 November 2026.
12.3 An unclaimed prize will be redrawn only from the remaining valid entries received for the same Event Draw. Entries from different Showcases will not be combined.
12.4 A replacement provisional winner will be contacted by email within two Business Days after the applicable unclaimed-prize draw and will be subject to the same verification and claim requirements.
12.5 A replacement winner must respond and accept their prize within 10 Business Days after the replacement-winner notification email is sent.
12.6 If a prize remains unclaimed after an unclaimed-prize draw, the Promoter may repeat the draw process, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
13. PRIZE DELIVERY
13.1 Each prize will be delivered free of charge to the confirmed winner’s nominated physical address in Australia.
13.2 The Promoter will arrange for the prize to be transferred to the winner as soon as reasonably practicable and, where required by law, within 28 days after the applicable draw.
13.3 The winner must provide a physical delivery address that can safely receive the prize. Delivery may not be available to a PO box.
13.4 The Promoter is not responsible for a delivery delay caused by:
(a) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner;
(b) the winner’s failure to respond or cooperate with reasonable delivery arrangements; or
(c) circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
14. PRIVACY AND MARKETING
14.1 The Promoter will collect entrants’ personal information to:
(a) administer the Promotion;
(b) verify eligibility and entry validity;
(c) conduct the Event Draws;
(d) contact provisional and confirmed winners;
(e) publish winner information where required by law; and
(f) arrange delivery of the prizes.
14.2 Personal information may be disclosed to Tentworld and to service providers assisting with the Promotion, draw administration, winner verification, winner announcements or prize delivery.
14.3 As the Promoter is located in New Zealand, entrants’ personal information may be stored in or disclosed to recipients located in New Zealand.
14.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with:
(a) the Zempire Privacy Policy at https://zempire.com.au/pages/privacy-policy; and
(b) the Tentworld Security and Privacy Policy at https://www.tentworld.com.au/security-privacy-policy.
14.5 Entrants may contact the Promoter about the Promotion or their personal information by emailing marketing@zempire.co.nz.
14.6 Personal information collected through the entry form will not be used for marketing unless the entrant separately provides express marketing consent.
14.7 The entry form may include one or more separate, optional marketing checkboxes identifying the organisation that will send the communications.
14.8 Marketing consent:
(a) is optional;
(b) is not a condition of entry;
(c) does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning; and
(d) may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe option included in the relevant communication.
14.9 The Promoter and Tentworld must not use an entrant’s information for a purpose that has not been disclosed in these Terms and Conditions or expressly agreed to by the entrant.
14.10 Promotion records may be retained for the period reasonably required to administer the Promotion and comply with applicable legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
15. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION
15.1 The Promoter is not responsible for an entry that is lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of a technical failure outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
15.2 If an error, technical problem, unauthorised intervention, event cancellation or other circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevents the Promotion from operating as intended, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the affected part of the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
15.3 Any material change to the Promotion will be communicated through the Promotion webpage or another channel the Promoter reasonably considers appropriate.
15.4 The Promoter may reject an entry or disqualify an entrant who interferes with the entry process, uses automated entry methods, acts fraudulently or gains an unfair advantage.
16. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
16.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
16.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Tentworld are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from:
(a) entering or participating in the Promotion;
(b) accepting, possessing or using a prize; or
(c) circumstances outside their reasonable control,
except to the extent that the loss, damage or injury is caused by their negligence, breach of law or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16.3 Entrants are responsible for using each prize safely, appropriately and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
17. GENERAL
17.1 All dates and times in these Terms and Conditions are stated in the applicable time zone shown.
17.2 The Promoter may exercise any rights under these Terms and Conditions in its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law.
17.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
17.4 A failure or delay by the Promoter in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
17.5 The Promotion is governed by the laws applying in each Australian state or territory in which it is conducted.
17.6 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release those platforms from any responsibility in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
