Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Flow Imports Limited (NZBN 9429034152720), trading as Zempire Camping, of 307 Sandwich Road, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are current BCF employees  and registered attendees of the BCF Conference 2026 at the Cairns Convention Centre (“Eligible Entrants”).

All other persons, including employees or representatives of other retailers or trade partners, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 8:00am AEST and closes at 1:30pm AEST on 27 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to enter

To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

a.     scan the promotional QR code;

b.     complete all required fields and survey questions on the entry form; and

c.     submit the completed form as directed.

Limit one entry per person. Each entrant must enter using their own name and contact details.

Incomplete, duplicate, automated, illegible, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

5. Survey response

Survey responses are collected for research purposes only. The content of an entrant’s responses will not affect their chance of winning, provided all required questions are completed.

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners, and each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn

6. Prize draw

The prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter at Zempire Camping’s head office using an online randomselection tool. The draw will take place by 5:00pm NZST (3:00pm AEST) on 2 September 2026.

Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The first three valid entries drawn will each win one prize pack.

7. Prizes

Each prize pack includes:

a.     one Minimax Wagon, valued at AUD $250 RRP.

b.     one Xuno Lounger, valued at AUD $320 RRP;

c.     one Hyperfold, valued at AUD $290 RRP; and

d.     one Hexolite 60, valued at AUD $190 RRP.

Each prize pack is valued at AUD $1,050 RRP. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $3,150 RRP. All values are in Australian dollars and are correct as of 26 August 2026.

Prizes are subject to availability. If a prize or prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash

8. Winner notification and announcement

Each winner will be notified by email on 2 September 2026 using the contact details provided with their entry. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and monitoring their email, including their junk or spam folder.

The outcome of the draw may also be shared through BCF’s internal staff communications at BCF’s discretion.

9. Claiming a prize

Winners must respond to the Promoter and accept their prize by 5:00pm NZST on 16 September 2026, equivalent to 3:00pm AEST.

If a winner:

a.     cannot be contacted;

b.     does not respond and accept the prize by the deadline;

c.     is found to be ineligible; or

d.     otherwise fails to comply with these terms,

their entry will be deemed invalid, and the prize will be forfeited.

10. Unclaimed-prize draw

Any unclaimed prize will be redrawn at random from the remaining valid entries at 5:00pm NZST on 16 September 2026, equivalent to 3:00pm AEST, at the same location and using the same method as the original draw.

Any replacement winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within two business days of the unclaimed-prize draw and announced through [insert announcement channel].

A replacement winner must respond and accept the prize within 14 days of being contacted. If the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter may repeat the redraw process, subject to applicable law.

11. Prize deliver

Prizes will be delivered free of charge to each winner’s nominated Australian delivery address within 10 business days after the winner’s eligibility and delivery details have been confirmed.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery, information or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. Verification and disqualification

The Promoter may verify an entrant’s identity, age, employment with BCF, and attendance at the BCF Conference 2026.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, enters more than once or otherwise fails to comply with these terms.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering the promotion or accepting or using a prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of law.

14. Privacy and marketing

The Promoter will collect entrants’ personal information to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, contact winners and deliver prizes.

Personal information may be disclosed to service providers assisting with the promotion and prize delivery, including providers located in New Zealand, and as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at Zempire Privacy Policy. Entrants may contact the Promoter at marketing@zempire.co.nz regarding their personal information.

Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from ZEMPIRE®. Marketing consent is optional, is not required to enter and will not affect an entrant’s chance of winning.

Entrants who opt in to marketing may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication.

Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
